Terms
last updated 27 July 2026
oddsurf sends you to other people's websites. We choose where to point; we do not run what is on the other end.
Who you are dealing with
oddsurf is operated by Socialbug Apps LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its registered business address at 30 N Gould St, Ste 56488, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Reach us at [email protected].
What we offer
A button that takes you somewhere on the open web, and an optional account that saves the places you liked. The service is free, offered as it is, and may change or stop. If it stops for good we will say so, and your data goes with it.
Other people's websites
Every site in the catalogue is checked against Google Web Risk and judged before it is published, and checks are repeated. That is a real filter, not a guarantee: a site can change the day after we look at it. Where a preview is shown it is a snapshot from when we visited.
We do not own, endorse or control any destination, and their terms and privacy practices are theirs. If something in the catalogue is harmful, broken, or should not be there, tell us at [email protected] and we will look at it.
If a site is yours and you would rather not be listed, say so and we will remove it. No justification needed.
Your account
One address, one account, and whoever can read that inbox can sign in — so keep it yours. Do not use oddsurf to break the law, to attack the service or the sites it points at, or to scrape it wholesale. We may suspend an account that does, and you can delete yours at any time from the account page.
Our own pages
The words we write about a site are ours. Titles, descriptions and images belong to the sites themselves and are shown to identify where you are going.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Socialbug Apps LLC is not liable for what you find on a destination site or for any loss arising from using or being unable to use oddsurf. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you have consumer rights under your local law, you keep them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory protections you have where you live.
Changes
The date at the top changes when these terms do. Carrying on using oddsurf after that means you accept the new version; if you do not, delete your account.
